Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and follow-up evaluations.
  • Gather, review, and analyze patient medical histories, laboratory findings, imaging studies, and other diagnostic data.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Order, interpret, and manage laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other clinical evaluations.
  • Perform office-based procedures, including:
    • Trigger point injections
    • Joint injections (ultrasound-guided experience preferred)
    • IV infusion therapy
    • Hormone optimization and replacement therapy support
    • Medical weight management treatments
  • Work collaboratively with chiropractors, rehabilitation professionals, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive health strategies, and long-term wellness goals.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Arizona Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative healthcare environment.
  • Experience in integrative medicine, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, or wellness-focused care is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with injections and office-based procedures is preferred.
