Caregivax is a healthcare staffing and recruiting platform designed to connect qualified healthcare professionals with healthcare employers nationwide.

 

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

If you register on behalf of a company, healthcare facility, staffing agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

 

2. Account Registration

Certain features require creating an account.

You agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Keep your account information current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
• Notify Caregivax immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Caregivax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

 

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, certifications, or professional licenses.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract data using automated methods without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another user.
• Post unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

 

4. Employer and Job Seeker Responsibilities

Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

• Post only legitimate employment opportunities.
• Provide accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws.
• Verify hiring decisions independently.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
• Use candidate information solely for legitimate recruiting purposes.

Employers are responsible for conducting their own background checks, credential verification, reference checks, and employment eligibility verification.

Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers agree to:

• Provide accurate resumes and employment history.
• Maintain current licenses and certifications.
• Update credentials when they expire.
• Apply only for positions they are qualified to perform.
• Conduct themselves professionally throughout the hiring process.

Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

 

5. AI Features

Caregivax may provide artificial intelligence ("AI") features, including but not limited to:

• AI Resume Builder
• Resume Optimization
• Resume Scoring
• AI Candidate Matching
• Job Match Recommendations
• AI Job Description Generator
• AI Profile Suggestions
• AI Recruiting Assistant
• AI Auto-Fill Features

These tools are intended to assist users and do not guarantee employment, hiring decisions, interview invitations, compensation, licensing approval, or placement.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using or submitting it.

 

6. Resume Builder and Professional Profiles

The Platform may allow users to:

• Build resumes.
• Upload resumes.
• Create professional profiles.
• Store licenses and certifications.
• Maintain employment history.
• Showcase education and skills.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit.

By uploading content, you grant Caregivax a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

Caregivax does not verify every credential, certification, or resume submitted by users.

 

7. Job Listings and Applications

Employers may post employment opportunities, and healthcare professionals may submit applications through the Platform.

Caregivax:

• Does not guarantee employment.
• Does not guarantee candidate placement.
• Does not guarantee employer hiring decisions.
• Does not endorse any employer or applicant.
• Does not participate in employment contracts unless separately agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to edit, suspend, reject, or remove any job posting or profile that violates these Terms or applicable law.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Software
• Source code
• Website design
• Graphics
• Icons
• Databases
• AI technology
• Text
• Videos
• Images
• Documentation

is owned by Caregivax or its licensors and protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reproduce
• Sell
• License
• Reverse engineer
• Distribute
• Republish

any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.

 

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Caregivax, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Caregivax makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy of information

• Hiring outcomes
• Candidate qualifications
• Employer reliability
• AI-generated recommendations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Caregivax is not responsible for:

• Hiring decisions
• Employment disputes
• Credential verification
• Salary negotiations
• Third-party websites
• Third-party software
• Network interruptions
• Loss of data beyond our reasonable control

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caregivax, its owners, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, licensors, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages

• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages
• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Loss of goodwill
• Data loss

arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Caregivax during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caregivax and its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Any content you submit to the Platform.

 

13. Modifications to These Terms

Caregivax reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
