Job Description

Position Overview

Our patient-centered, multidisciplinary pain management practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team. We pride ourselves on cultivating a highly collaborative environment that seamlessly bridges a holistic care philosophy with innovative, technology-driven approaches to chronic pain.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in advanced practice nursing, a deep commitment to empathetic patient care, and either direct experience or a robust interest in specialized pain management. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, lead comprehensive clinical assessments, and drive collaborative treatment planning—all while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning

  • Conduct thorough physical exams, evaluate complex patient histories, and assess symptoms to formulate precise diagnostic insights.

  •  Design, implement, and adjust evidence-based, patient-centric treatment plans for new consultations and ongoing chronic pain management.

  • Order, interpret, and accurately communicate the results of diagnostic testing, including advanced imaging (MRIs, X-rays) and laboratory panels.

  • Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting therapeutic interventions based on clinical response, and scheduling necessary follow-up visits.

Collaboration & Care Coordination

  • Work hand-in-hand with our diverse team of specialists to ensure seamless care continuity and optimal clinical outcomes.

  • Integrate external medical records and specialist reports into the patient's master care plan, and coordinate external referrals when indicated.

  •  Empower patients by translating complex diagnoses, medications, procedures, and holistic treatment options into accessible, supportive guidance.

Compliance & Documentation

  •  Maintain meticulous, timely, and precise charting within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

  • Ensure all clinical and administrative actions strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations, state and federal laws, and internal practice compliance guidelines.
