As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their recovery journey by demonstrating empathy, accountability, and patient-centered care.
We are seeking a part-time or PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support new patient intakes through telemedicine and provide coverage for other providers as needed. In this role, you will conduct virtual intake evaluations, initiate buprenorphine and methadone inductions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing medical support for patients in recovery.
This position reports directly to the Medical Director and works collaboratively with medical and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
