Job Description

LPN Responsibilities

  • Provide support in managing a high daily patient volume within a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Prepare patients for examinations and provider consultations by completing intake procedures, documenting medical histories, and obtaining vital signs
  • Administer allergy injections in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines
  • Perform pulmonary function testing, allergy prick testing, and other diagnostic procedures as directed
  • Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked exam rooms and clinical equipment
  • Respond to patient phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Process medication refill requests accurately and efficiently
  • Educate and assist patients with questions related to allergy injections, medications, and treatment plans
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply tracking and restocking needs
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards

LPN Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an LPN in a medical office or outpatient clinical setting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism in patient care delivery
