Job Description

We are seeking qualified LPNs/LVNs to provide nursing care under applicable clinical supervision and within the scope of practice established by state law.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments
Monitor vital signs
Perform wound care
Document patient care
Communicate changes in patient condition
Assist with implementation of care plans
Coordinate with RNs, providers, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Current LPN/LVN license
BLS certification
Excellent communication skills
Previous clinical experience preferred
