Job Description

Position Summary

The EVS Technician plays a critical role in infection prevention by cleaning and disinfecting healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with hospital sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Clean patient rooms
Terminal room cleaning
Disinfect operating rooms
Restock supplies
Remove regulated medical waste
Maintain hallways and public areas
Operate floor-cleaning equipment
Follow OSHA and infection prevention guidelines

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred
Healthcare EVS experience preferred
Knowledge of infection control practices
