Job Description

Position Summary

Support and optimize the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system by configuring workflows, assisting end users, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with clinical departments to improve efficiency and patient care.

Responsibilities

Configure Epic modules
Build clinical workflows
Provide user training
Resolve system issues
Test upgrades
Maintain documentation
Collaborate with clinical teams
Analyze system performance
Support go-live activities
Ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
Epic certification (preferred or required based on module)
Experience supporting EHR systems
