Job Description

Vossette Health & Hospice care is placing CNAs for PRN role at 5 nursing homes. 


  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and oral hygiene.
  • Mobility & Positioning: Help residents transfer between beds and wheelchairs, walk with assistive devices, and turn bedbound residents to prevent pressure injuries.
  • Feeding & Nutrition: Assist residents with meals, document their dietary intake, and provide hydration.
  • Vital Signs & Monitoring: Record patient temperatures, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Incontinence Care: Change bed linens, assist with toileting, and manage ostomy or catheter care.
  • Observation: Closely monitor residents for any changes in physical or mental health and immediately report concerns to licensed nurses. 
  • Resident Comfort: Respond promptly to call lights, tidy rooms, and provide emotional support to residents and their families
