Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of licensed nurses, the CNA assists patients with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Measure and document vital signs.
Assist with feeding and hydration.
Reposition patients to prevent pressure injuries.
Transport patients throughout the facility.
Observe and report changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Keep patient rooms clean and organized.
Respond promptly to call lights.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications

Active CNA certification
Current CPR certification
High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

One year of long-term care experience
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for long periods
Push wheelchairs
Bend frequently
