Job Description

Position Summary

Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety under the supervision of licensed nurses.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Measure and record vital signs
Assist with feeding and hydration
Reposition patients
Transfer patients safely
Answer call lights promptly
Document care provided
Report changes in patient condition
Maintain clean patient rooms
Provide emotional support

Qualifications

Active CNA Certification
CPR Certification
High School Diploma or GED
